No. much like financing a car you’d be in breach of contract and your system would be removed.

Who insures the system?

The owner of the premises is responsible for insuring their own system. The system needs to be comprehensively insured prior to installation as per generated invoice.

Who maintains the system?

Physical maintenance (example< cleaning panels) is the responsibility of the owner; however we are here to help you. Any analytical maintenance will be covered by us the duration of the term.

What warranty does the hardware have?

What if my system stops working?
Rentgreen’s trusted installer who installed your system will be called out within 24 hours to resolve any issues at hand and deal with any warranty claims if the system cannot be fixed remotely.
I have decided to move house. What happens next?

Your systems finance contract may be passed onto the new owner, or you may settle the system prior to the move. should you wish to take the system with you, you will be quoted on a de install and re install at the new premises.

What is the process should I have a problem with my system
  1. Contact client liaison.
  2. Contact liaison will determine if system can be resolved remotely or if tech callout is required.
  3. Should tech call out be required, you trusted installer will be called out to ascertain the issue.
  4. Should the callout be warranty based. There will be no call out fee.
  5. Should the callout be wear and tear or client related the callout will be charged to the client. The online tech assistance is free of charge for term of contract.
Can I export power to the grid

You can export to the grid, however at this stage there is no financial incentive to do so.

Finance is linked to prime and will escalate and de-escalate along with the interest rate, just like your car and house finance.
